Product composition and its measuring principle:
UBX type portable oil and water interface detector is composed of detecting sensor, casing, steel tape, display unit etc.
A special sensor detecting medium of oil ,water and air is put into the liquid tank. The different data will be transmitted to the process module by the communication cable as soon as the sensor located in different medium of air, oil or water.
This different data is processed in the module and then activated the buzzer by different ringing signal, therefore the different medium can be identified.At the same time ,the LCD display screen shows the letter of air,oil and water. The surveyor then reads out and records the reading from the reading port of stell tape as soon as the buzzer sounds. After that further put down the sensor, read out and record the reading when the buzzer sounds again. The difference between two readings is just the height of the mdeium(oily layer or water layer).
